Return policy.

We want you to be thrilled with your JA Essence Beauty purchase. We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

In order to be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unopened and returned in the original packaging. To request a return, please email Jennifer@jastudiosnyc.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Include your name, the email address used for your purchase, order number, billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address) and reason for your return.

A return that is sent without emailing Jennifer@jastudiosnyc.com and getting a return authorization will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Once your return authorization is approved, you have 14 calendar days from the date of the return authorization approval to return the item(s). After 14 days, your order is no longer eligible for a refund. Please keep records of return shipments for proof of date shipped. Define Your Essence, LLC is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered return shipments.
